Born in the early 2000s in Graaff-Reinet, in South Africa's Karoo, Montego makes premium, expert-formulated food and treats for dogs and cats. Its ranges include Karoo and Karoo Wild meals, Bags O' Wags dog treats, Packs O' Purrs cat treats and meal-topper sauces, all made in South Africa and trusted by pet families for over two decades.

Market Entry & Compliance
We planned Montego's UAE launch and set up importing through our Dubai trading company. We took the range through UAE product registration and compliance, reviewing recipes and bilingual Arabic/English labels and preparing the documentation needed to sell legally across the Emirates.

E-commerce & Marketing
We built Montego's UAE storefront at montegopets.ae with AED pricing, local payments and delivery, and ran the launch marketing: brand storytelling for UAE pet owners, social content, bundles and promotions such as free-treat offers and variety packs.

Distribution, Retail & Growth
We handle warehousing and distribution in the UAE and placed Montego with e-commerce and speciality pet store partners. Today we keep growing the brand: new ranges and SKUs, fresh promotions and more retail partners across the Emirates.
